Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Scrubs with custom embroidery (Name / Name + Department)
- [Customised products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold].
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer Customised products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are considered only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect products
- Subject to stock availability
- Exchange requests must be approved by our support team
Refund Process
- Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
