Returns and Exchanges Policy


Eligibility for Returns


 Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: 

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Non-Returnable Items



The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:


  • Scrubs with custom embroidery (Name / Name + Department)
  • [Customised products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold].
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear 
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer Customised products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Exchange Policy



  • Exchanges are considered only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect products 
  • Subject to stock availability 
  • Exchange requests must be approved by our support team

Refund Process


  • Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  •  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
