Orders & Payments


How do I place an order? 

Simply select your scrub, choose your size, add embroidery details (if any), and proceed to checkout. Once payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods: UPI Debit & Credit Cards Net Banking Wallets (as available) All payments are processed securely.



Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days
  •  Delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 working days, depending on location
  •  Custom embroidery orders may take 1–2 additional days.

How can I track my order?

 Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

Returns & Exchanges


 

Do you accept returns?

  • We accept returns only in case of: Manufacturing defects  
  •  Wrong product received 
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Can I return embroidered scrubs?

Since embroidered scrubs are custom-made, they are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect. 



Sizing & Fit


 

How do I choose the right size?

  • Please refer to the Size Chart available on the product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort during long duties. Still confused? Message us — we’ll help you choose. 



Embroidery


 

Is name embroidery free?

  • Yes
  • . Name embroidery is complimentary on ARVYAA scrubs.
  •  Please ensure: Correct spelling
  •                              Correct selection (Name /                                                          Name + Department
  • Custom embroidery cannot be modified once the order is placed.

Do you offer college-specific benefits?

  • Yes. We occasionally offer college-exclusive pricing or free delivery via special codes shared with students.
