Welcome to Arvyaa! By placing an order for our Bioweave™ Scrubs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Customisation & Free Embroidery ✍️

  1. Each Bioweave™ scrub includes free personalised name embroidery.

  2. Customers must provide accurate spelling for embroidery at the time of order.

  3. Once embroidery production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.

  4. Arvyaa is not responsible for spelling mistakes or errors entered by the customer.

2. Order Processing ⏱️

  1. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from confirmation.

  2. Embroidery and customisation are done fresh per order; production timelines may vary slightly during peak periods.

  3. Orders will be dispatched only after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).

3. Delivery & Shipping 🚚

  1. Standard delivery timelines: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  2. Customers will receive tracking information once the order is shipped.

  3. Arvyaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, holidays, etc.).

4. Payment 💳

  1. We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

  2. Prepaid orders receive priority processing.

  3. For COD orders, ensure correct cash availability as delivery may be refused if payment cannot be collected.

5. Refunds & Returns ❌🔄

  1. No returns or exchanges are accepted for Bioweave™ scrubs due to:

    • Custom embroidery

    • Hygiene reasons

    • Fresh production per order

  2. Exceptions: Genuine manufacturing defects, wrong item shipped, or damaged product.

    • Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Photos or videos of the issue must be shared for verification.

    • Verified cases will receive a replacement scrub free of cost.

6. Cancellation Policy ❌🕒

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

  2. Once embroidery production starts, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Product Information & Colours 🎨

  1. Arvyaa strives to ensure that all product images, descriptions, and colours are accurate.

  2. Slight variations in colour or size may occur due to screen settings, monitor calibration, or fabric dyeing process.

8. Sizing & Fit 📏

  1. Customers must consult the provided size chart before ordering.

  2. Arvyaa is not responsible for fit issues if the customer selects the wrong size.

  3. For guidance, customers can contact our support team prior to placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property 🛡️

  1. All content on the Arvyaa website, including images, descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of Arvyaa.

  2. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability ⚠️

  1. Arvyaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

  2. Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
